Get Pregnant

Deciding to start a family can be a very exciting time in your life. Unfortunately, getting pregnant doesn’t always happen easily or quickly. Couples struggling with recurrent miscarriages or month after month of negative pregnancy tests can begin to feel discouraged. Through a nutrient dense diet, reducing toxin overload and balancing your foundations, pregnancy can happen for many people without fertility interventions. Work with me one on one to help achieve these goals by using nutrition to help create balance within your body.

Grow a healthy babe

Pregnancy is a time to nourish your body with whole foods, nutrients and love. Your growing baby is going to be utilizing a lot of your nutrients and it is vital to keep your body functioning optimally. Prioritizing real foods to get as many nutrients as possible will help to support you and your baby. Knowing where to start can be overwhelming! Work with me to learn how to clean up your diet and make good food choices that give you the energy you need and your baby the nutrients that they need!

The Fourth Trimester

So you just had your new babe. You’re adjusting to little sleep. You’re adjusting to breastfeeding. You’re adjusting to your new life. The last thing on your mind is probably nutrition. You may be only eating in between contact naps, diaper changes, spit up and baby cries, but the foods you do consume are so important. Not only do you need the most calories you’ve eaten yet in postpartum, but you need food of QUALITY. You need food that is going to supply you with energy and nutrients to help rebuild all you lost in pregnancy. Even though you are working hard to feed your little one you also need to work on refueling you. Your body went through a lot and it needs to replenish.

Work with me in your postpartum journey for recipes, ideas and support as you begin this new journey of motherhood.
